On 10th October my class 3rd H went to see the exhibition of photos in "Casa Professa". At the beginning we saw a video representing the condition of children in countries where they are dying for hunger. After that the exhibition was divided into 4 sections: (nee)dreams; nightmare; a part of us; new generation migrants. The Group leader explained us the various topics and between the second and the third section we entered a tunnel and we listened to the voices of people crying out to save his own life and that of their children. Then we read the experiences of people who have managed to migrate and integrate into the new country. After that we saw same typical African fruit and some objects created by their. At the end we saw another video with the interview to some children who are not italian citizens. Finally we wrote something about the exhibition to express our impression, so the part of the exhibition that impressed me most was the first video because I saw the condition of children in South Sudan and I think that this exhibition is very important to raise public awareness to the problem of immigration because they are like us and they have the right to live with dignity!
