Very good! I have corrected some mistakes. So you can send it to the Italian teacher:-)

We went into a beautiful building and a man called Lai introduced himself. He comes from South Sudan and he wants that young people know what immigration is not just watching news on TV. Lai showed us a video made in South Sudan about  people's conditions there. It made me stunned of how the government let these people live in this way without food, water, clothes and medical assistance..

After the video , Lai showed us photos of immigrants in their country  and in Italy and then we went into a dark tent, closed our eyes and heard what an immigrant on a boat near Lampedusa can hear. I heard people screaming, singing and, with the sea under their feet, dreaming a better future.

Out of the tent we talked with Lai about Bossi-Fini Law which doesn't let immigrants stay in Italy and fights against anyone helping immigrants and I feed very ashamed of being Italian because I want to help these people.

After that we have read immigrant's stories who have realized their dream in Italy and i was very surprised when I read about a man from Sri Lanka who now is a businessman and the leader of Florence's cricket team.

Than Lai showed us a lot of typical African foods and musical instruments and it was funny to play maracas made by zucchini.

The last part of the exhibition was made by photos and videos about the Second Generations made up of immigrants’ children born in Italy but not Italian until 18. Their parents escaped from their countries to avoid war or to search a better future and it's unacceptable that a baby born in Italy by not Italians can't be an Italian citizen until 18.This theme is very closed to us because we know every day the Second Generations but they can't be Italian according to the Italian laws.

This experience has left something to me: the hope to help these people, the hope to see a peaceful world and an open window to another world that's the same of mine. I left there my thoughts and I hope They will arrive to them and will give hope to all people in difficult situations.
